Receive Fax Documents via the Web (optional feature)
When you travel or work at home instead of at the office, you don’t always have easy access to a fax machine.
Now you can go anywhere and still receive important fax documents that you have been waiting for - no need to find a fax machine, locate the number, or run back to the office. You have a personal incoming fax number on your computer!
Call ACS and ask for your personal Fax Number. Once the number is activated you can receive Incoming Fax documents and view them via the web. You must
subscribe to ACS VoiceMail to receive this feature.
View your Fax:

Log-in to your VoiceMail via the web.

Select your Inbox.

Select the Fax tab.

Click on the Fax you want to view.
Note: You are viewing the Fax as a TIF (Tagged Image File). You may need to install this program in order to view the Fax. Click on the install button, (lower left hand side of the screen) follow the instructions and the program will be installed.
On the View Fax Screen you can:

Save
-
Print
-
Email the Fax to others (save the fax as a file on your computer and then create an Email and attach the fax to the e-mail).
