Managing Erased Messages
After you have erased a message, you can still play, restore, reply to, and forward erased messages until you disconnect from your mailbox. You can also permanently erase them.

Press 5, to enter the Erased Messages Menu.

Press 1, to repeat the erased message.

Press 2, to restore the erased message.

Press 3, to permanently erase the erased messages.

Press 4, to reply to the message.

Press 5, to send the erased message.
Sending a Message

Press 2, at the Main Menu to send the message.

Enter the telephone number of the person you wish to send the message to, then press #. You will hear the person’s recorded name.

Press #, to review your message and set a delivery option.

When your message has been sent, you return to the Main Menu.

Press *, to cancel a message or to return to the Main Menu.
Forwarding a Message

Press #, to skip through your messages.

Press 5, after the message plays.

Enter the telephone number of the person you wish to forward the message to, then press #. You will hear the person’s recorded name.

Press * to cancel or start again.

When you are prompted, you have the option to record an introductory message, speak after the tone.

Press #, to select a delivery option or hang up and your message will be forwarded.
Replying to a Message

Access your VoiceMail and listen to the message.

Press 4, after listening to the message.

Record your reply message.
-
Press #, to choose a delivery option.
