Leaving a Message when you are not Logged into VoiceMail
You do not need to be using VoiceMail to send a message to another VoiceMail user. VoiceMail is accessible by dialing the user’s telephone number from a standard telephone.

Dial the telephone number.
If the person is using the extended absence greeting with “announce only” turned on, you can’t leave a message. -
Record you message.

Press #, for further options or hang up.
If you hang up, your message is sent immediately, and the call ends.
If you press #, you can: -
Review your message and re-record it.

Mark or unmark your message urgent.

Mark or unmark your message private.
-
Send you message immediately.
-
Cancel your message.
Reviewing and Re-recording your Message

Record your message.

Press #.

Press 1, to hear your message.

Press #, if your message is acceptable. You return to the message options menu.

Press 0, if you want to re-record your message.

Press #, to choose a delivery option.

Press 2, to mark or unmark your message urgent.

Press 3, to mark or unmark your message private.
Sending Your Message
To send your message as is, you can hang up after recording it and/or changing its urgent or private status. You can also do the following:

Press #, when you have finished recording.

Press #, again to send your message.

Your message is sent and your call ends.
Cancelling Your Message
To cancel your message after recording it:

Press #, when you have finished recording.

Press *, to cancel your message.

Your message is cancelled and your call ends.
