Group Lists

Group lists allow you to send messages easily to many users at once.

Editing Existing Group Lists

1. Press 4, to enter the Mailbox Settings Menu.

2. Press #, until you hear the title “Group Lists.”

3. Press 0.

4. Press 1, to edit an existing group list.

5. Enter the number of the group list you want to edit, press #. (If you are not sure of the number of the group list you want to change, you can review your group lists, see Reviewing Existing Group Lists.)

6. Press 0, if you change your mind and you want to keep the group list as it is.

Adding New Members to the Group List

1. Press 1, to add members to the group list.

2. Enter the telephone number that you want to add to your new group list, press #.

3. The spoken name of the person or group list that you have chosen plays.

4. Press #, to add the person or group lists.

5. Press 0, to cancel the addition of the person or group list but continue adding people or group lists.

6. When you have finished adding members to the group list, press * to return to the group list’s options.

Removing Members from the Group List

1. Press 2, to remove members from the group list.

2. The first member’s spoken name plays.

3. Press #, to remove the member.

4. Press 0, to keep the member and go on to the next member.

5. Press *, to cancel removing members.

Deleting the Group List

1. Press 3, to delete the group list.

2. Press #, to permanently delete the group list.

3. The group is deleted.

4. Press 0, to cancel this option and keep the group list.

Hearing the Members of the Group List

1. Press 4, to review the members of the group list.

2. The members’ spoken names play in order.

Recording a Name for the Group List

1. Press 5, to record a new name for the group list.

2. After the tone plays, record a name for the new group list, then press #.

3. The name you have recorded plays back to you.

4. Press #, to save the name.

5. Press 0, to cancel the recording and record a new name.

6. Press *, to cancel the recording.
