Delivery Options for Messages

When you have finished recording your message you can select delivery options.

1. Press #, after you’ve finished recording your message.

2. Press 0, to select from the following delivery options.

Making your message private means that the recipient will not be able to forward your message to anybody else. Making your message urgent means that the recipient hears your message before any other non-urgent messages, even if your message was sent after a non-urgent message.

1. Press 1, to mark or unmark your message private.

2. Press 2, to mark or unmark you message urgent.

3. Press 3, to review your message.

4. Press 4, to add or remove recipients. (Please note that after adding or removing recipients you cannot edit your message.)

5. Press 0, to re-record your message.
