Additional Numbers
Additional Numbers allows you to set-up other phone numbers that the system will recognize as you. For example, you could enter your cellular phone number and callers trying to call that phone number will go to your ACS VoiceMail, if you don’t answer. Note: You must set-up Call Forwarding on your cellular phone to this number _ _ _ -0123 (your local ACS VoiceMail access number) in order for this feature to work. Please refer to your cellular instructions on how to set up the Call Forwarding feature.
Press 4, to enter the Mailbox Settings Menu.
Press #, until you hear the title "Additional Numbers".
Press 0, to choose "Additional Numbers".
Press 1, to set-up "Additional Numbers".
Press #, when complete.
Press # again to confirm the phone number you have entered is correct.
Press 2, to modify/delete "Additional Numbers".
Note: This feature can only be enabled via the telephone. When you access your messages for the first time from the Additional Number that you added to your VoiceMail, you will be asked to set-up a greeting and name for that mailbox. After you set these up you will be able to access your messages as usual.
