Playing Messages
To make a message, you must first access your mailbox by calling the VoiceMail access number and entering your passcode.
When you access your mailbox to retrieve your messages, the system will first tell you how many messages you have ("You have two urgent messages and four unplayed messages"). Your urgent messages will be played first.

Press 7 or P to play.

After listening to your message, press:

7 or P to Play the message again.

5 or K to Keep the message. Kept messages cannot be accessed until you have skipped through your unplayed messages. (VoiceMail messages can be saved up to 28 days. To ensure the VoiceMail system is running efficiently, messages will automatically be deleted after 28 days).

3 or D to Discard the message

2 or A to Answer the person who sent the message

4 or G to Give the message to another mailbox. The system will also give you the opportunity to record additional comments before sending the message to someone else.

After recording your Answer or Comments, press:

9 or X to send the message and Exit to the main menu, or 9 or X then * to add more recipients to the address list.
Be careful not to discard a message until after you have answered it or given it to someone else. If you accidentally discard a message, you can retrieve it by immediately pressing *.

At any time when playing messages press:

1 to Pause for 30 seconds

* to Move Back 5 seconds

# to Move Forward 5 seconds

8 to Skip to your next message, and 8 then * to Go Back to the beginning of your previous message
