Accessing Your Mailbox

All of your messages will reside in your personal mailbox, which is protected by a passcode. You can access your mailbox with either a local or long distance call.

Local Call

From Your Own Telephone

1. Dial *98 or your local VoiceMail access number

2. Enter your passcode when prompted

From Another Telephone With ACS VoiceMail

1. Dial *98 or your local VoiceMail access number

2. Press the * key when prompted to enter a passcode

3. Enter your ten-digit mailbox number followed by the * key

4. Enter your passcode

From Another Telephone Without ACS VoiceMail

1. Dial your local VoiceMail access number

2. Enter your ten-digit mailbox number followed by the * key

3. Enter your passcode

Long Distance Call*

1. Dial your long distance VoiceMail access number: 1-877-505-0124

2. Enter your ten-digit mailbox number followed by the * key

*A rate of 25¢ per minute will be applied to your invoice.
