InTouch (Follow Me)
InTouch allows your calls to simultaneously ring up to four other numbers when callers dial your main number. Choose to have your calls ring at your home, office, cabin, cellular telephone, etc.
Akeley, Bertha, Bigfork, Callaway, Deer Creek, Dent, Hewitt, Longville, Miltona, Nevis, New York Mills, Osage, Ottertail, Perham, Twin Valley, Vergas, Walker, Whipholt, White Earth and other local exchange areas
Dial *62 and the auto-attendant will direct you through the set-up menu.
Set Up Via Arvig.com
Battle Lake, Cass Lake, Detroit Lakes, Eagle Bend, Hawley, Henning, Staples, Mahnomen, Miltona, Parkers Prairie, Urbank and Wadena customers:
Click on Call Manager and select the Follow Me tab.
- Click on the box to "Forward calls you receive to one or more alternate destinations."
- Click on "Add Rule" and follow the directions. For Step 1, say "My Phone". Click "Yes" to Permit Forwarding and click "OK".
- Continue to "Add Rules" as needed for your additional phone numbers (under Destination to ring, select "Other").
- Once you are finished click "Apply" and your calls will follow you.
Turn Off
- Via the web: Click on the check mark to make the service "INACTIVE".
- Via the phone: press *52 (to activate, press *62).
