French Inspired Dinner Recipes
Spinach Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

3/4 cup of honey
juice of 5 1/2 lemons zest of 3
juice of 1 lime
1t of black pepper
1/2 t of dry mustard

Chicken Royal (Served with White Rice and Mixed Vegetables)

Chicken breast stuffed with lobster and asparagus, topped with strawberry champagne sauce

Chicken Royal

First flour chicken breast then in a pan add olive oil and heat then sauté your chicken until 3/4 of the way done then pocket the breast and stuff with cooked lobster and asparagus then finish the rest of the way in the oven with a little chicken stock so it doesn't dry out.

Strawberry Champagne Sauce

1/2 bottle champagne
1 1/2 shallots julienne
1/2 cup strawberry puree
1/2 lime
1 T butter
1/8 cup of cream

First sautéed shallots until translucent then add champ.& then the lime reduce by half take lime out add the strawberry pure and reduce once sauce is hot slowly add the cream well mixing very then add butter bring back to boil and thicken with cornstarch and water mixture called a slurry.

Bananas Foster

1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 banana sliced at a bias
1 T of spiced rum
dash of cinnamon

First melt butter in a sauté pan then add brown sugar cook until it starts to bubble then add your banana after it bubbles again add the rum and cinnamon. Then top your ice cream with the mixture.
