Sundae Surprise

Graham crackers, crushed
Edy’s Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream
Fresh Strawberries
Whipped Cream (Spray Ready Whip)

Layer ingredients in a Sundae glass.
Top with whipped Cream and crushed Graham Crackers

Frozen Hot Chocolate

4-5 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk (for desired consistency)
1 packet hot chocolate mix (Swiss Miss Marshmallow cocoa mix)

Blend ice cream and milk to desired consistency
Add 1 packet of cocoa mix
Blend together and top with 1 packet of marshmallows

Fruit Pie

1 - Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 - 32oz Vanilla yogurt
Variety of fresh fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas, pineapple or grapes
Crushed graham crackers for topping

Layer vanilla yogurt and fresh fruit in pie crust
Top with crushed graham crackers and refrigerate

Fruit Dip

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
8 oz cream cheese

Blend all ingredients well.  Serve with fresh fruit. Refrigerate.
The dip mixture can be frozen.

3 Egg Omelet

3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded turkey to liking

Crack eggs, add milk and pour into sauté pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Cook on medium high.  Use spatula to pull egg mixture away from the sides of the pan to allow liquid to cook.  Add cheese and turkey on 1/2 of the omelet.  Fold over to finish cooking.  Top with additional grated cheese.

Orange Julius

1/2 can orange juice concentrate
4-5 cups crushed ice
1/2 cup milk

Blend in blender until smooth.  Serve immediately.

No Fail Caramel Rolls

9 Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients in saucepan and heat in microwave until melted. (approximately 2-3 minutes)  Pour caramel mixture into 9 x 9 sprayed baking pan. (spray with no stick cooking spray)  Place rolls evenly into baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees, approximately 25 minutes.  Remove from oven.  Let set 2 minutes and invert pan onto cookie sheet. Enjoy-enjoy-enjoy-finger licking good!
