Enhance the way you communicate

We offer a variety of calling features to make your life easier at both home and work.

Inside Wire Maintenance is also available. This service protects your home when something goes wrong with customer-owned wiring. For instance, if anything goes wrong from the box outside the house to the jacks inside, ACS will not charge for the trip out or the cost to fix in the wiring.

Automatic Return will continuously dial a number, for 30 minutes, that you have called and received a busy.

Automatic Recall gives you the information of the last incoming call. This feature does not work if the calling party has their Caller ID blocked.

Speed Calling (up to 8) allows you to program 8 speed dial numbers to your line.

Speed Calling (up to 30) allows you to program 30 speed dial numbers to your line.

Three-Way Calling allows you to add a third party to an existing call.

Call Forward - All Calls automatically forward all incoming calls to another number.

Call Forward - Busy automatically forwards calls when the phone line is busy.

Call Forward - Fixed Destination automatically forwards all incoming calls to the same prearranged number.

Call Forward - No Answer automatically forwards calls after a predetermined number of rings.

Call Forward - Remote Access allows you to activate call forwarding on your line from a different location.

Call Waiting sounds a special tone when you are on the phone and you receive another call.

Cancel Call Waiting - use this when you want to make a call that you do not want interrupted by another incoming call.

Selective Call Acceptance allows you to setup a list of 15 numbers that you do want to receive calls from. Callers not on your list will be sent to a recording stating that you are not accepting calls at this time.

Selective Call Waiting allows you to setup a list of 15 numbers that you would like to ring in a short-short ring pattern.

Selective Call Forwarding allows you to setup a list of 15 numbers that you would like to forward to a number other than yours.

Voice Mail allows people to leave you a message when you are on the phone or if no one answers. Click here for additional Voice Mail instructions.

Caller ID - Name & Number displays the name and number of the person calling.

Caller ID - Number displays the number of the person calling.

Call Tracing allows you to initiate a trace on the last call you have received, simply press *57 after receiving the call.

Teen Line assigns a second number to your line. When this number is called, it will ring with a distinctive ring.

Anonymous Call Rejection allows you to reject calls from people who are blocking their caller IDs.

Line Blocking allows you to block your caller ID from being displayed on every call you make.
