2006 ACS Recipe Contest Rules

ACS will accept recipes in the following categories:
Appetizer:  January 1, 2006 through January 31, 2006
Main Dish: February 1, 2006 through February 28, 2006
Dessert: March 1, 2006  March 31, 2006

One Grand Prize winner will be drawn randomly from all (appetizer, main dish, dessert) recipes on April 5, 2006. The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to see Emeril live in New York. The trip will include airfare, two-night hotel stay, and two tickets to see Emeril for a value of $1800.00.

One prize winner will be drawn randomly at the end of each month from the appetizer, main dish, and dessert recipe entries. The winning recipe for each category may be published in the ACS monthly newsletter. The winner will receive a prize valued at $50.

Recipes entered in the contest will be published on www.arvig.com for others to enjoy.
The recipes may be published by other dates determined by Arvig Communication Systems.
Arvig Communication Systems reserves the right to not publish a recipe for any reason.
Recipes will be published as they are submitted. ACS is not responsible for inaccurate information or omissions.

You must include your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if available) on the recipe.

Only one recipe per person, per category will be entered into the drawing for monthly prizes and for the grand prize. ACS employees and their immediate family are not eligible to win.
