ACS Donation Guidelines
Arvig Communication Systems (ACS) is proud to be your local, multi-service communications provider. Not only do we provide voice, video, and data services to our customers, but ACS also gives back to the local communities it serves.
Donation requests must adhere to certain criteria. The possible recipient of a donation must be located in the ACS service area and fit into one of the following categories:- Community Developments & Events
- Sponsorships
- School Events
- Sporting Events
- Chamber Events
- Non-Profit Organizations
- Youth Programs
- Fraternal Organizations
- National Events, unless stemmed from a local event
- Reducing debts or past operating ventures
- Political or partisan organizations or campaigns
- Talent and beauty contests
- Generic request that may have been sent to various organizations
- Medical expenses
- Benefits for individuals (unless an ACS employee or family member)
Please note that Arvig Communication Systems receives a significant volume of requests and is therefore unable to accommodate all, no matter how much we might wish to do so.
Regardless of the level of funding requested, the process begins with a Donation Request Form.
Simply complete the ACS Donation Request form, attach any supporting information and forward it to:

All donation requests must be submitted a minimum forty-five (45) days in advance of the date that the donation is needed. Responses may take as long as two weeks to process once the donation is approved.
